How did you meet each other?
In a Coffeehouse over the summer.

You are one of the participants of A dal 2016. How did it all begin?
We can't quite explain it. We started playing music with each other spontaneously and just realised we had a good thing going, and it just made sense to enter the competition if we wanted to get exposure, and especially if we had a song with the right caliber of meaning.
“Uncle tom” is the title of your song, what’s the story behind it?
The story behind Uncle Tom is one you see every day. It's a story of people working far too hard, and not getting enough in return. It takes it's title from the novel 'Uncle Tom's Cabin' which is about a kindhearted slave, who lets his masters mistreat him, because it is acceptable, or even expected by society. A lot of the time people will find work that really isn't suitable for them, and doesn't allow them to live a healthy quality of life, but still push themselves to do it, because they feel it's necessary or natural to have to suffer for so little, and the song is a wake-up call for people to stand up and not let themselves be exploited.
Describe the song with 4 words:
Modern Western Worker Anthem

How do you feel about the reaction of the people with your song?
Well it's all been joy and confusion, and we couldn't be more delighted.
Tell me about the performance, can we expect some changes for the next one?
The performance was a very basic setup in the first round. a bit static for anyone's tastes but it just served to demonstrate the song. We want to try and streamline it more in the coming turns, so the lighting and setup is more organised and timed better.

Have you heard any of the other songs in the competition? Any favorite?
We've heard most of them by now, but wouldn't want to discriminate among our fellow competitors.
What do you like about Eurovision?
It's a great celebration of music in front of a multitude of people, and showers new artists with opportunity.

What do you dislike about Eurovision?
It's bloody hard to get in :D
Tell me the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the word:
Nightmare: Death.
Hair: Aquarius
Sleepwalking: Silently
Giraffe: Sexual Deviant.
Censorship: Immoral.
A dal juries: Friendly.
Dreams: Endless. Transcendent.
What are your plans for 2016?
We're appearing anywhere we can, and heading into the studio in earlry spring to get some more of our songs down.
