Melodi Grand Prix 2012: Semifinal 3

Here we go, the last semifinal of the MGP 2012 was on saturday and here are my thoughts about the performances:

1.Tooji - Stay

Oh hi Tooji hehe, this song wasnt on my big favorites list but after that performance he is one of my favorites in the final, his vocals were ok, i think he can do it better, he has a great stage presence and he knows how to dance very well, yeah i fell in love with Tooji on Saturday hehehe. This performance was HOT.

2.Marthe Valle - Si

One of my favorite songs of this year, what a beautiful melody and voice, it was a sweet performance and Marthe did a fantastic job. A great performance that deserve a round of applause.

3.Bobby Bare & Petter Øien - Things Change

A good performance and thats all i can say cause i dont like this.

4.Yaseen & Julie Maria - Sammen

I really like this song but the performance was just good, i expected more, i think the last part with live backing vocals could have been better, i wish them good luck in the final.

5.Håvard Lothe Band - The Greatest Day

Hmm i dont remember this song so i guess thats all.

6.Silya Nymoen - Euphoria

Silya was a bomb on stage, so much energy, i really liked. Her stage presence was strong and the vocals were nice at the 1st part and a bit shaky in the last part but it was really hot show, maybe too hot for the people in Norway.

7.The Canoes - Seemed Like A Good Idea At The Time

They did one of the best performances of the night, i like the song a lot and they are very talented so well done guys.

8.Lise Karlsnes - Sailors

"We could be sailors..." nice song with a good performance. It was obvious that she was going to be the wildcard and thats good cause i like her song but there were better performances/songs like Shapeshifter - Rikke Normann and Si - Marthe Valle, but well good luck to Lise.
